Valerie Dahlberg is Deputy Director and her e mail is vdahlberg@assnsoffice.com.     ODH Private Water Systems Rulemaking Underway:   OWQA is participating in the Ohio Department of Health’s Private Water System Rules update process. These rules have not had an update since 2000 and many of those drafting errors still remain in place today. This will be a comprehensive revision that will include a fundamental reorganization of the structure of the documents as well as updating the technical nature of the rules. Sam Triola of Ray-Mar Water Treatment, Inc. and Valerie Dahlberg of the OWQA Staff have been representing the Water Quality Industry at these meetings. The review of the rules is almost complete and the Ohio Department of Health will be conducting regional meetings to discuss the proposed changes across the state. As soon as those dates are set we will publish them to the membership along with a summary of the proposed changes.
